			<description>should the pigeon unions help clean up the image of our towns and cities by removing some of the feral pigeons or as joe public knows them as flying rats.im sure many of the public would be more sympathetic to our great racing pigeons if many feral pigeons where removed ,instead of councils employing peregrines to remove feral pigeons.and the rspb claiming another victory helping the feral pigeon population moving on.</description>
